If you are not totally delighted with your order, simply return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the ship date for a refund, another size, or a whole other style. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached.
Please note: if your order contains both Full-priced and sale items and you return the Full-priced items, your refund will be reduced by a $12 flat shipping fee to cover the shipping of the sale item(s).
While our Knits are Machine Washable, we recommend minimal washing, as all knits will naturally wear from friction. Wash separately on delicate cycle with WOOLITE Gentle soap, using a laundry bag. Please see "How do I wash my new item?" in our FAQs for more tips.

Rather than create mass stock we “might” sell, we produce each piece as we get your order, focusing on creating the best quality item and reducing returns.
