You get FREE SHIPPING with DHL on any order of $125 or more! We ship to all US States. Most orders take 7-8 days to ship from Bali, so please order early for Holiday themes. We do not offer Expedited shipping. Tracking is emailed the day your order ships. Pls see our Shipping page and our FAQ's for more details
If you are not totally delighted with your order, simply return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the ship date for a refund, another size, or a whole other style. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. Click here to start a return.
While our Knits are Machine Washable, we recommend minimal washing, as all knits will naturally wear from friction. Wash separately on delicate cycle with WOOLITE Gentle soap, using a laundry bag. Please see "How do I wash my new item?" in our FAQs for more tips.
We believe in Lean Production, a no-waste approach, so all pieces are made-to-order. Rather than create mass stock we “might” sell, we produce each piece as we get your order, focusing on creating the best quality item and reducing returns. With minimal returns and no stock inventory, we avoid the waste of the fashion industry and create products that we can all feel good about.
